Job Summary
The IT Project Manager will oversee technology-related projects from initiation to completion, ensuring alignment with business objectives. This role involves planning, executing, and delivering projects on time, within scope, and budget while managing cross-functional teams and external vendors.
 
Key Responsibilities

• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables aligned with business objectives.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocations.
• Coordinate internal teams and third-party vendors for seamless execution.
• Monitor project progress, manage risks, and implement contingency plans.
• Conduct regular status meetings and prepare progress reports for stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with IT security standards and organizational policies.
• Perform post-project evaluations and recommend process improvements.

 
Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 10 years of experience in IT project management.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall).
• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira).
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• PMP or equivalent certification preferred.

 
Preferred Skills

• Experience with ERP systems (SyteLine familiarity is a plus).
• Ability to manage remote teams and outsourced resources.
• Strong financial acumen for budget control.
• Proficiency with ClickUp, Jira, and ServiceNow for project tracking and IT service management.
• Hands-on experience with ETL processes and tools.
• Proven track record in leading digital transformation initiatives.
