    Job Title: Project Manager - Lean IT

  • Position Overview:

  • As a Project Manager for Lean IT, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing our lean IT projects from initiation to completion. You will work closely with our clients throughout the project lifecycle to identify their needs, develop project plans, and ensure successful implementation of lean IT practices. This role requires strong project management skills, as well as a deep understanding of Lean IT principles and methodologies.

  • Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with clients to understand their business goals, processes, and challenges
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets
  • Identify and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies
  • Coordinate and lead project meetings with clients and internal teams
  • Work closely with our Lean IT experts to identify areas for improvement and develop tailored solutions
  • Oversee project execution and ensure the delivery of high-quality deliverables on time and within budget
  • Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders
  • Facilitate communication and maintain strong relationships with clients
  • Conduct post-project evaluations to measure the success of lean IT implementation and identify areas for improvement

    Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, preferably within the IT industry
  • Strong understanding of Lean IT principles and methodologies
  • Project management certification (e.g. PMP) is preferred
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills
  • Proficient in project management software and tools
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience working with clients of varying sizes and industries is a plus
