Call Center Representative

Scenic City Orthodontics is looking for a Call Center Representative who is passionate about people, communication, and creating an exceptional patient experience.

This isn't your typical call center position.

You won't simply be answering phones all day. You'll be helping families take their first step toward orthodontic treatment, building relationships with patients, helping them navigate their appointments, and being an important part of their experience with our practice.

You will be one of the voices that represents who we are and what we stand for.

You'll help our patients by:

• Answering incoming calls
• Scheduling new-patient consultations
• Scheduling and rescheduling current patients
• Responding to phone calls, texts, and emails
• Answering questions and helping patients throughout treatment
• Processing payments and assisting with collections
• Managing recalls and active-patient reports
• Helping keep our schedules full
• Working cancellation lists and filling available appointments
• Communicating with dentists, specialists, and our internal team
• Completing reports and other responsibilities that keep our call center running smoothly
