Job Title: High School Building Leadership Team (BLT) Member
Location: South Central Calhoun High School
Qualifications: Must be a certified teacher currently employed at South Central Calhoun High School.
Positions Available: 5 certified teachers
Position Overview:
South Central Calhoun High School is seeking 5 certified teachers to serve on the High School Building Leadership Team (BLT) for the 2026–2027 school year. Leadership team members will work collaboratively with administration to drive school improvement efforts, support instructional best practices, analyze student achievement data, and foster continuous growth across our building.
Key Responsibilities:
- Participate actively in regular BLT / TLC committee meetings throughout the school year.
- Collaborate on building-level goal setting, data analysis, and instructional priorities.
- Serve as a liaison for professional learning and peer growth within the high school.
- Support district and building initiatives designed to improve student outcomes.
Compensation:
- Positions will receive a stipend of $800.
