Job Overview:
*MUST BE ABLE TO WORK 2 OPENING SHIFTS AND 2 CLOSING SHIFTS*
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Server/ Bartender to join our team. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and creating a memorable experience for our guests. This position requires excellent communication skills, a strong knowledge of beverages, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. The ability to multi task and answer the phone for to go orders, work service bar and take tables.
Duties:
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers
- Take customer orders and provide recommendations based on their preferences
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations
- Handle cash transactions and process payments accurately
- Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Assist in restocking inventory and replenishing supplies as needed
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations
Experience:
- Previous experience in the food industry is preferred
- Knowledge of various drink recipes and mixology techniques
- Familiarity with toast POS system is a plus
- Ability to handle cash transactions and perform basic retail math calculations
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
