Key Responsibilities:
- Greet guests promptly and with a positive attitude
- Take food and beverage orders accurately
- Prepare and serve drinks following company recipes and state laws
- Deliver food and beverages in a timely and professional manner
- Provide an exceptional guest experience and build regular clientele
- Maintain a clean and organized bar and dining area
- Handle cash and process payments using POS systems
- Adhere to all health and safety standards
- Assist with opening, closing, and side-work duties
Qualifications:
- Prior experience as a Server, Bartender, or Waitstaff preferred
- Must be 18 and legally eligible to serve alcohol in CT
- Strong communication and multitasking skills
- Team-oriented with a positive, professional demeanor
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- TIPS certification is a plus (or willingness to obtain)
