Barista & Café Team Member –
We’re looking for friendly, dependable part-time team members to join our fast-paced café!
**We are especially looking for someone with availability that includes Tuesdays and Thursdays.**
Pay & Perks
- Base pay is $15.10 with an average total earnings of $15.10–$20.00 per hour, including tips
- Free coffee, drinks, and food while working
- Employee discount when you’re not working
- No nights—we close at 2:00 p.m. every day!
What You’ll Do
- Prepare coffee and other beverages
- Make breakfast and lunch sandwiches
- Assist customers at the front counter and drive-thru
- Prepare online orders
- Restock products and supplies
- Help keep the café clean, organized, and running smoothly
- Help train and support new team members during regular shifts as part of our team-based approach
Previous café, restaurant, or customer-service experience is helpful but not required. We’re happy to train the right person! The ideal candidate is friendly, reliable, comfortable multi-tasking at a quick pace, and willing to jump in wherever needed.
Café Hours
- Monday–Friday: 6:00 a.m.–2:00 p.m.
- Saturday–Sunday: 7:00 a.m.–2:00 p.m.
