Scarborough family looking to hire a part time Household Manager/Parent Assistant
We are looking for help with household responsibilities so we can spend more time with our children and less time doing laundry, meal prep, etc!
We need a self-starter who is highly organized. The ideal candidate will be someone who notices when things need to be cleaned/ordered/prepped without having to be directly told (for example: noticing/recognizing that the couch blankets need to be washed, or seeing that certain grocery staples are low and adding them to the list).
At this time we do not have a set schedule we need to fill. We want to find the right person and then will work with what they are looking for!
Family car will be provided during working hours if a car is needed.
Weekly duties include:
Meal planning and preparation
Grocery shopping
Children's laundry
Changing beds
Other tasks, when time allows:
Toy organization, toy rotation
Organizing: closets, pantry/fridge, children’s clothes and seasonal rotation of their clothing
Pet care (2 cats: feeding and scooping litter)
Must be fully vaccinated
Must NOT have regular interaction with any unvaccinated children (we have a 9m old who is not yet eligible for all vaccinations)
Must pass background check
Must have clean driving record
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: From $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 15 – 25 per week
