We are looking for a full-time Visual Merchandiser to join our team on-site in Encinitas, CA. In this role, you will create visually appealing and functional retail spaces to enhance the shopping experience. Responsibilities include designing and maintaining window displays, arranging in-store furniture layouts, ensuring product presentation aligns with brand standards, and collaborating with the sales team to optimize retail performance. Additional duties include monitoring inventory levels within the showroom, assisting with floor resets, and maintaining a clean and organized display environment.

• Strong skills in Communication and collaboration across teams to ensure seamless execution of merchandising strategies.
• Experience in Retail environments, including knowledge of visual merchandising and store layout design.
• Customer Service expertise and a customer-focused mindset in creating appealing displays that enhance the shopping experience.
• Sales knowledge and the ability to align product presentation to drive sales and maximize revenue.
• Creativity and proficiency in designing and maintaining Window Displays and in-store merchandising concepts.
• Passion for modern and contemporary interior design, with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics.
• Flexibility to work onsite in Encinitas, CA, including weekends, holidays, and varying shifts as needed.
