Key Responsibilities
- Drive revenue through elevated clienteling strategies and luxury design consultation.
- Manage the showroom as a high-performance business unit, overseeing inventory, fiscal health, and operational protocols with precision, while maintaining the brand's premium visual standards.
- Build and mentor a team of design consultants.
- Foster a culture defined by professional ownership, creative vision, and relentless commitment to the client experience.
- Proactively develop and maintain relationships with local design professionals and key community influencers to cement our presence.

Professional Qualifications
- Proven track record in high-end showroom leadership with a focus on P&L management and team development.
- Experience in long cycle, relationship-based sales and design-led consultative selling.
- Exceptional communication skills with a passion for community brand-building and intuitive grasp of contemporary design trends.
- 3 to 5 years retail management experience with a focus on high-performance environments.
