Production coordinator
Location: Burbank, CA (Onsite)
Experience Required: 2 years
The ideal candidate will have experience coordinating project activities, supporting operational processes, managing schedules, tracking deliverables, and collaborating with internal stakeholders to ensure successful project execution.
This role is fully onsite in Burbank and is ideal for a motivated professional with strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills who is looking to grow within project management and operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Support day-to-day project coordination activities across multiple teams and stakeholders.
- Track project milestones, deliverables, risks, and action items to ensure deadlines are met.
- Prepare project documentation, status reports, meeting minutes, dashboards, and presentations.
- Coordinate meetings, schedules, and follow-ups with internal teams.
- Maintain project plans and update project management tools and trackers.
- Assist leadership with process improvement initiatives and operational support.
- Monitor KPIs and support reporting activities to ensure project visibility and performance tracking.
- Help identify project risks, escalate issues when needed, and support mitigation plans.
- Ensure alignment between project objectives, timelines, and business priorities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including operations, engineering, supply chain, and program management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Operations, Engineering, or a related field.
- 2 years of experience in production coordination, operations, or program support roles.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- Experience using project management tools such as Jira, Smartsheet, MS Project, Monday.com, or similar platforms.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving mindset.
- Experience supporting process improvement or operational initiatives is a plus.
