Overview
The EP, Integrated Production Architect is accountable for defining, governing, and evolving the production architecture for one of our key clients - ensuring content is designed, produced, and scaled in a way that is fit-for-purpose, efficient, compliant, and performance-ready across all markets.

Compensation Range: $149,340 - $196,464 per year. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off. Overview
The EP, Integrated Production Architect is accountable for defining, governing, and evolving the production architecture for one of our key clients - ensuring content is designed, produced, and scaled in a way that is fit-for-purpose, efficient, compliant, and performance-ready across all markets.
- Act as the brand-level authority on how content is produced.
- Define and govern the end-to-end production model across project types and regions.
- Ensure production architecture connects strategy, craft, media, data, and technology
- Provide senior production leadership and escalation or high-risk or high-impact work
- Own brand-level production delivery end-to-end: translate briefs into executable plans, make feasibility decisions, uphold craft, quality, and compliance standards, and manage executive-level production communications and escalations across the region
- Define and maintain global standards for production quality, compliance, modularity, and asset re-use - including approval checkpoints, feasibility gates, and escalation paths - while ensuring all outputs meet brand, usage rights, accessibility, and responsible marketing requirements
- Serve as the senior production authority on complex or high-impact initiatives, leading feasibility decisions, creative and budgetary trade-offs, and risk posture on priority work
- Partner with Media, Data, Technology, Craft, and Operations to ensure production is performance-led and system-enabled, with all outputs structured to meet downstream requirements for media activation, measurement, and optimization
- Convert briefs into clear problem statements with defined success criteria and acceptance gates; facilitate alignment sessions that reconcile creative ambition, budget, and timeline, and ensure risks and assumptions are captured transparently throughout
- Act as the regional relationship anchor for production - proactively anticipating client information needs, aligning diverse stakeholder groups, and resolving issues before they escalate
- Lead the strategic adoption of agentic AI across creative and production teams: set the vision for responsible use, drive workflow innovation, and embed emerging tools into storytelling and campaign development in a deliberate, forward-thinking way
- Champion the culture of the Production Department through active leadership - creating opportunities to educate, inspire, and elevate talent at every level
- Lead the agency's commitment to building a diverse, equitable, and inclusive production culture, modeling and advancing these values across hiring, collaboration, and craft
- Build and protect the agency's reputation for production excellence - internally and within the broader industry - maintaining active relationships with freelance producer talent and cross-discipline external partners
- Over 10 years experience in integrated production at a creative agency, production company, or internal brand studio environments
- Proven ability to manage teams of producers across all production disciplines
- Proven ability to future-proof accounts by bringing innovative production capabilities and tools that build multidisciplinary, scalable solutions across briefs and markets
- Strong scoping, vendor management, and compliance fluency - usage/rights, safety, data
- Executive-caliber client management: calm, decisive, and clear under pressure; effective senior stakeholder management
- Demonstrated track record of gaining trust and respect by consistently demonstrating sound critical-thinking skills
- Experience with production tooling: shot/list and schedule tools, call sheets, budgeting/estimation platforms, rights/usage trackers, and workflow tools
- Highly organized with keen attention to detail and exceptional follow-through
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
