What we’re looking for:
- 4-6 years of employment defense litigation experience at a law firm.
- California Bar admission, in good standing.
- Commitment to high-quality, detail-oriented work that meets the expectations of sophisticated clients.
- Ability to meet a 1,900 annual billable hour requirement while maintaining excellence.
- Willingness to work in-office at least three days a week for team collaboration.
