At ScaleWRX, we design, manufacture, and install data center containment solutions across the U.S.—and we’re growing quickly. We’re hiring a Supply Chain Manager to take full ownership of our end-to-end supply chain—from procurement and inventory strategy through vendor management and final delivery.
This is a hands-on role where you’ll build, optimize, and lead in a fast-paced, project-driven environment. You’ll leverage MRPeasy, data, and strong vendor relationships to drive efficiency, improve reliability, and eliminate bottlenecks across the operation.
Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Reno, NV. The Supply Chain Manager will own and continuously improve all aspects of supply chain operations, including demand planning, procurement, inventory management, and analytics.
You’ll be responsible for sourcing and purchasing materials, maintaining optimal inventory levels, analyzing performance, and ensuring seamless coordination between vendors, production, and project teams to keep jobs on track and on time.
Qualifications
• 5–8 years in supply chain, operations, or manufacturing environments
• Strong experience with MRP/ERP systems (MRPeasy highly preferred)
• Proven ability to manage complex, multi-vendor supply chains
• Deep understanding of inventory strategy and lead times
• Highly analytical—you use data to drive decisions and improvements
• Proactive operator—you anticipate issues before they become problems
• Strong communicator who can align internal teams and external partners
