Role Description The Safety and Facilities Supervisor is a full-time, on-site role based in Reno, NV, responsible for overseeing day-to-day safety and facilities operations in a manufacturing and data center support environment. This role monitors workplace safety practices, conducts regular inspections, and ensures compliance with relevant regulations and company policies. The supervisor coordinates facility maintenance activities, schedules and reviews work performed by internal teams and vendors, and maintains equipment to minimize downtime and safety risks. Daily responsibilities include supervising facilities staff, managing facility access and security, tracking maintenance and safety records, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives. The role also collaborates with operations, engineering, and management to plan facility upgrades, support new installations, and promote a safe, efficient work environment.
