Reports To: Jason Mandel, CEO & Founder

Long-term, full-time role.
To My Future Financial Right Hand,
At SkyGem Solutions, we believe clarity is power — and our financials should reflect the same precision we deliver to clients. I’m hiring someone sharp, organized, and thoughtful to own our internal books, manage QuickBooks, and support strategic decisions through clean, accurate financial data.
This isn’t a corporate controller seat — it’s leaner, faster, and more involved. You’ll work directly with me. One day, you might be reviewing cash flow; the next, helping evaluate a new investment or building reporting systems for a fresh entity.
I’m looking for someone with strong accounting fundamentals, great instincts, and a true ownership mindset — someone who thrives in the details but also thinks like a partner.
This is not your average finance role. We need someone proactive, entrepreneurial, and fast on their feet — someone who’s not afraid to put in the hours and execute with precision.
While this role is listed as 9–5, those who take on greater responsibility will be rewarded well beyond that financially and with experience. No two days are the same. You’ll touch everything from high-profile client work to our internal portfolio — in a fast-moving, high-trust environment.
I’m a fast-paced entrepreneur looking for someone who can keep up and grow alongside me as our Junior CPA / Financial Analyst. You’ll have real influence and a chance to shape your own trajectory here.
Who this is not for: If you need constant hand-holding, thrive only in rigid structure, or just want a predictable, clock-in-clock-out job — this isn’t the role for you.
But if you bring strong financial acumen, a creative edge, and the hunger to grow with a team that will invest in you — this could be exactly the seat you’ve been looking for.
At SkyGem, we believe our people are our greatest investment. If you want your work to matter, your growth to be real, and your contributions to be valued — welcome home.
Thank you,
Jason Mandel
Founder & CEO
