The Role
We’re seeking a CRO with serious agency pedigree—a business development powerhouse who knows how to win, keep, and grow marquee accounts. The right candidate is coming out of the accounts/business leadership departments of top-tier or mid-sized agencies in NYC (think Ogilvy, McCann, Grey, Wieden Kennedy, Droga5, Huge, R/GA, etc.), and is now ready to step into equity, performance upside, and true ownership of growth.
You’ll be the frontline rainmaker at Scalenomic—developing strategic relationships, opening doors to bold DTC and challenger brands, and building a book of business that propels our trajectory from one of the fastest-growing creative shops in the U.S. to a category-defining agency.
What You’ll Do
Drive New Business: Leverage your network and expertise to bring in DTC and upstart brand clients spending a minimum of $50K–$100K/month on ads, hungry to scale into 8–9 figures.
Build & Lead Revenue Systems: Architect a repeatable, scalable client acquisition machine, working hand-in-hand with the founding team.
Be a Growth Partner: Not just sell, but guide clients into the future of advertising—where storytelling, data, and AI converge.
Champion Scalenomic’s Brand: Represent us in the NYC scene, positioning Scalenomic as the agency partner of choice for ambitious brands.

Proven Agency Experience: 7 years in business development or account leadership at a creative, digital, or media agency.
