In the physical world, this also has some advantages where you can be hands-free and unlike phones you don’t have to worry about dropping them or losing them. Or just added convenience, for example - going on a run with fitness tracking on your watch, leaving your phone/wallet behind and still be able to buy coffee, ride transit back home.
Description
The contractor will create, conduct and report on UX studies which will gather user insights. Content and Data provided to client will be used to inspire and inform product roadmap and design.
○ Turnaround time for participant screeners will be 1 business day maximum
○ Turnaround time for study plans will be 2 business days maximum
○ Turnaround time for study scripts will be 1 business day maximum
○ Turnaround time for final reports will be 3 business days per research topic maximum

Description
The contractor will create, conduct and report on UX studies which will gather user insights. Content and Data provided to client will be used to inspire and inform product roadmap and design.
- Conduct qualitative user research, primarily in-person or remote usability sessions with internal and external user participants.
- A researcher will conduct 4 studies a quarter;
- Create participant screeners, study plans, study scripts, final reports.
- Moderate user studies
- Planning Studies: scoping methods, preparing test materials, etc.
- Executing Studies: wide variety of methods leveraging skillsets, including interviews, surveys, concept evaluations, literature reviews, etc.
- Analyzing & Reporting: performing qualitative and quantitative analyses, and preparing reports on insights and recommendations for cross-functional stakeholders up to 4 times a quarter per researcher. They will be using the client and our team template we have for research insight share out (Google Slides) and there will be specific ways for them to share the process and results.

○ Turnaround time for final reports will be 3 business days per research topic maximum
- Develop and establish structure for the various programs
- Operate the programs by tracking activities, communicating status, and resolving issues
- Learn from this iteration and incorporate changes into the next iteration
Salary : $50 - $55
