We are hiring motivated Outside Sales Representatives to engage with homeowners, perform inspections, and close high-value restoration projects.

What You'll Be Doing
- Canvass assigned neighborhoods to identify potential customers and generate interest in roofing, remodeling, and restoration services
- Engage homeowners in a professional, friendly manner to understand their needs and offer tailored solutions
- Perform roof inspections and assess property conditions to support recommendations
- Present and sell restoration services including roofing, siding, and related exterior work
- Track daily activity, leads, and sales performance to consistently improve close rates
- Work independently while managing time, routes, and follow-ups effectively
What You'll Need
- Valid driver’s license with a good driving record
- Ability to obtain a solicitation permit (if required locally)
- Comfortable with physical activity including walking neighborhoods and climbing ladders
- Willing to travel locally to assigned neighborhoods and office locations as needed
- Strong communication skills and a self-motivated attitude
- Comfortable working in a performance-based, commission-driven environment
