ScaleHouse Talent is looking for a skilled Finish Carpenter / Trim Carpenter to join a growing windows and doors installation team in the Kansas City metro.
This is not a high-volume production installation job. The company specializes in detailed, custom window and door projects where craftsmanship, precision, and quality matter more than speed.
What You’ll Get
- Pay starting at $25/HR depending on experience
- W-2 employment
- Monday–Friday schedule;Typically 8 AM–5 PM
- Mostly local Kansas City-area projects
Gas reimbursement for occasional extended-distance projects
What You’ll Do
- Install custom windows and doors, including full-frame installations
- Perform detailed interior casing, stool, apron, and trim work
- Work alongside an experienced installer
- Complete projects with a strong focus on quality and craftsmanship
- Maintain a clean and professional job site
- Develop your skills and grow into a key member of the installation team
What We’re Looking For
- Experience as a finish carpenter, trim carpenter, or similar role
- Strong experience with detailed interior trim work
- Window and/or door installation experience is a plus
- Pride in your workmanship and attention to detail
- Patient, methodical approach to your work
- Valid driver’s license
- Reliable transportation
- Basic hand tools, including a drill, screw gun, and Sawzall
