You'll work with small business owners, helping them provide supplemental benefit solutions to their employees at no cost to the business.Key Responsibilities:Prospect for new business accounts through face-to-face interactions and territory management in your local area (no leads provided)Set appointments with business owners and decision-makers through business development activitiesPresent worksite benefit solutions in group presentations with employeesConduct one-on-one enrollment meetings to explain coverage options and close dealsManage client accounts and maintain relationships using a custom CRMBuild long-term client relationships while staying driven to get resultsGenerate referrals and repeat business as your book of business growsTrainingSales training is hands-on and in the field.
