SC2 is looking for some highly motivated team leaders to join our warehouse department as full-time warehouse supervisors. Strong warehouse operations experience is required. The ability to lead people to be productive and provide a high level of Quality processing material for customers is required. Supervisors will lead their teams to safely perform day-to-day operations in the warehouse and are responsible for establishing and maintaining efficient production and distribution of all materials (receiving, pick, inspection, pack, etc.)
RESPONSIBILITIES & ESSENTIAL DUTIES:
Leads a team of associates to receive material, opens boxes & crates and other containers to inspect all incoming material and equipment purchases, verifying all items are received and in good condition.
- Accomplishes results by communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees; enforcing systems, policies, and procedures.
- Coordinates workflows of material processing to lead their team to high levels of Productivity, Quality and Safety
- Develop 360-degree communication with associates and peers to accomplish the strategy for an efficient operation.
- Communication skills to train and assist associates with systems updates and data entry to process completion.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Strong computer skills
- Great written and oral communications skills
- Demonstrate attention to detail
- Develop 360-degree communication with peers and all associates
- Able to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Ability to be on your feet 8/10 hours
- Mandatory Overtime
- Supervisory or leadership experience
- Prior warehouse/production experience preferred
