Property Maintenance Technician ; FULL-TIME ( MON-THUR)

What You'll Do
- Complete routine maintenance and repair work on residential and commercial properties.
- Troubleshoot and repair plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, drywall, and painting issues.
- Perform preventive maintenance to keep properties in top condition.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests with professionalism and a positive attitude.
- Prepare vacant units for new residents by completing repairs, touch-ups, and inspections.
- Maintain clean, organized work areas and company tools.
- Communicate effectively with residents, vendors, and team members.
- Follow all safety procedures and company standards.
What We're Looking For
- Experience in property maintenance, general maintenance, construction, or a related trade.
- Working knowledge of plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, and general repairs.
- Ability to diagnose problems and find practical solutions.
- Strong work ethic with excellent time management skills.
- Friendly, customer-focused attitude and great communication skills.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work both indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

- HVAC certification
- EPA Certification
- Pool maintenance experience
- Appliance repair experience
