Responsibilities:
- Assist with job setup and scheduling
- Order and track materials for active projects
- Keep jobs organized and moving forward
- Coordinate with crews, vendors, and management
- Follow up on job progress and timelines
- Help improve organization, systems, and workflow
- Support planning and design-driven projects
- Assist with day-to-day operations
Qualifications:
- Easygoing, outgoing, and good with people

- Strong communication skills (phone, text, email)

- Construction experience is a plus, but not required
