What You’ll Do:
The SC Builders Project Administrator is a critical role within the project team, bringing proactive support and ability to create raving fans externally and internally.
- Assist with project setup and maintenance of project records (including but not limited to subcontractor attachments, project logs, assorted project templates)
- Meet project requirements as set forth by local ordinances
- Order and distribute drawings
- Prepare, email, and log subcontractor contracts and change orders
- Request, evaluate, and log all subcontractor insurance certificates
- Monitor and update expired insurance certificates
- Collect, log, and assemble all project close-out documents
- Work closely with Accounting to ensure accuracy of data in Sage
- Assist with various office duties as needed; job duties may expand over time depending on needs
What You’ll Bring:
- Minimum 2 years of experience handling commercial construction projects, demonstrating proven ability to work under pressure
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Adobe X
- Sage, ACT!, AutoDesk Build, Bluebeam, and AdobeSign experience is a plus
- Possess good analytical skills with strong attention to detail
- Ability to work with minimal supervision; possess self-discipline with the ability to effectively prioritize
- Solid interdepartmental communication skills
- Ability to represent company in a professional and positive manner
Salary & Compensation:
$65,000 - $105,000 DOE
