Pay: $15-$18 Hourly

Benefits:

Job Overview: 
We are looking for a friendly and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team. This role is responsible for responding to customer inquiries, processing warranty registrations, and ensuring accurate data entry in our systems. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator, highly organized, and enjoys problem-solving. This position plays a key role in maintaining a positive customer experience and supporting internal operations.

Kandi America is the U.S. subsidiary of Kandi Technologies and serves as the key distributor for golf carts, UTVs, and e-bikes in the North American market. Based in Dallas, TX, our mission is to provide innovative, eco-friendly, and reliable off-road vehicles for both recreational and commercial use. Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and ticketing system in a timely and professional manner.
  • Register product warranties and assist customers with troubleshooting and product information.
  • Manage customer support tickets using Zendesk and update records in NetSuite.
  • Coordinate with internal teams such as Logistics, Technical Support, Sales team and accounting team to resolve issues efficiently.
  • Identify recurring customer issues and escalate trends or suggestions for process improvements.


Requirements:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
  • Proficiency in computer systems, including Microsoft Office and CRM/ticketing tools like Zendesk or NetSuite.
  • Customer-focused mindset with a positive and empathetic attitude.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  • Previous experience in customer service or technical support role is a plus.

  • Training provided for all systems and tasks.
