Job Title: Clinical Supervisor
Setting: Residential Treatment Facility (REMOTE)
Schedule: Flexible hours (approximately 10 hours/week)
Compensation: $50/hr.
Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Licensed Therapist to oversee clinical documentation within a residential treatment program. The ideal candidate will bring strong experience in treatment plans, documentation standards, and working within substance use and mental health treatment settings.
Key Responsibilities
- No direct caseload or direct patient treatment responsibilities
- Review and sign off on treatment plans and other clinical documentation prepared by on-site therapists
- Ensure clinical documentation meets internal, clinical, and compliance standards prior to approval
- Request updates, revisions, or corrections from clinical staff as needed before providing final sign-off
Qualifications
- Active Ohio licensure required (LMFT, LCSW, LPCC/LPC)
- Strong knowledge of detox/residential levels of care, documentation standards, and utilization review processes
- Familiarity with DSM-5, ASAM criteria, and medical necessity requirements
- Experience with QA processes, chart audits, and compliance standards preferred
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced outpatient environment
