Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute the strategic roadmap for AI-driven compiler engineering, staying ahead of technology trends and industry challenges in semiconductors.
- Lead research, design, and development of compiler technologies leveraging AI to enhance optimization of semiconductor products.
- Collaborate closely with architecture, hardware design, and software teams to embed compiler AI solutions seamlessly into product development pipelines.
- Champion collaboration between hardware and software engineering groups to ensure co-development and tight integration of AI-driven compiler technologies with semiconductor designs.
- Drive creation of co-design methodologies and workflows that accelerate prototype development, proof-of-concepts, and reference designs demonstrating AI compiler benefits in real-world semiconductor applications.
- Build, mentor, and manage high-performing engineering teams specializing in compilers, machine learning, and AI technologies.
Qualifications:
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field; Ph.D. strongly preferred.
