We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced facilitator to join our team.Job Description: As a Substance Use Disorder/Mental Health Group Facilitator, you will play a vital role in providing comprehensive care to our clients at various behavioral health facilities. Responsibilities include conducting individual and/or group counseling sessions, providing medication management support, and ensuring the well-being and progress of each client.Responsibilities:Facilitate group counseling sessions for individuals with Substance Use Disorder (SUD) and Mental Health (MH) challenges.Document services in EMR within a timely mannerCollaborate with the treatment team for coordinated care.Monitor clients' progress and report concerns to the clinical supervisor.Create a safe and supportive environment for clients.Requirements:At Minimum, the candidate must be registered with the BBS as an associate-level therapist (AMFT, APCC, ACSW)Licensed therapists, such as LMFT or similar (LPCC or LCSW), are also encouraged to applyStrong empathy, communication, and interpersonal skills.Proven experience in addiction treatment and mental health services.Familiarity with the KIPU EMR system is an advantage.
