We are seeking a passionate and creative Marketing / Digital Media Specialist to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will support brand management, campaign execution, and online promotional activities by leveraging their understanding of marketing and digital media.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels

• Manage social media accounts and create engaging content

• Monitor and analyze campaign performance and propose improvement strategies

• Collaborate with internal teams to support product launches and key company projects

• Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and target audience insights

• Maintain brand consistency and manage marketing materials

• 
  Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, or a related field

• Strong writing and communication skills

• Experience with social media platforms, digital advertising, and content management

• Basic proficiency with analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, social media insights)

• Creative thinking with strong attention to detail

• Internship or professional experience in marketing or digital media is a plus

• Must have fluency in Korean/English
