We are seeking a full time or part time energetic and detail-oriented Assistant Bookkeeper to join our team. In this vital role, you will support our accounting operations by managing essential bookkeeping tasks, ensuring accuracy in financial records, and assisting with financial reporting. Duties
- Support accounts payable and accounts receivable processes, ensuring timely payments and collections
- Utilize accounting software such as QuickBooks
- The bookkeeper will handle daily sales reconciliation, vendor invoices, and basic financial reporting to keep our books accurate and up to date
- Enter POs for vendor bills for inventory (accounts payable)
- Recording received funds against specific invoices
Qualifications
- Proven experience with bookkeeping or accounting support roles
- Strong attention to detail, confidentiality, and reliability
- Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks
