Job Description

SBM Management is searching for a Custodial Operations Coordinator to support Facility Management services for the Cincinnati Reds Stadium.

Responsibilities

• Monitors, controls and manages business operations to meet customer expectations and company goals.
• Perform janitorial duties
• Perform Hazardous Waste responsibilities including collecting, classifying, sorting, storing, shipping and receiving, labeling, cleaning, recycling, packaging of special and hazardous waste.
• Operate motorized cleaning equipment
• Ability to multitask in fast paced environment and work under pressure while managing multiple issues
• Ensures compliance with company standards and procedures.
• Assists managers in day-to-day coordination and management of business operational activities.
• Builds and maintains strong customer relationship through regular meetings and communications.
• Evaluates current operational performance and provides strategic plan for improvements.
• Provides direction and guidance to internal teams to achieve performance targets.
• Identifies problems in operations process and resolves them in quickly and timely manner.
• Maintains clear and accurate operations documents/procedures for reference purposes
  
  

Qualifications

• High school diploma / GED , Associate’s degree preferred
• Two to three years of experience as an operations coordinator or similar role
• Experience in the customer service field is a preferred
• Required to have a valid Driver’s license and clean driving record
• Solid computer skills, including email and Microsoft Office
• Basic bookkeeping skills
  
  

Non-Game Days: 7:30AM - 4:00AM

Game Days: Varied Hours based on Game Times

Compensation: $18.00-$20.00 per hour
