- RTW/Apparel or fashion experience preferred
- Plan and implement policies, processes, trainings, initiatives, and surveys to support the organization's human resource compliance and strategy needs.
- Work closely with senior leadership to develop and execute company goals and strategy for recruiting and retention, overseeing full employee lifecycle.
- Serve as an advisor to management and team members on HR-related issues, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and performance management. Work closely with department heads on training, coaching, team building, and succession planning.
- Help contribute to our culture and community by creating meaningful moments for employee engagement.
- Oversee the onboarding process for new hires by providing appropriate onboarding documents, welcoming new hires, coordinating first day and necessary training orientations. Maintain and track I9 information.
- Oversee all human resource programs including compensation, benefits, and leave, recognition and culture, occupational health and safety; and training and development.
- Administer benefits, calculate billing totals, explain benefits, assist with completion of enrollment forms, open enrollment, and answer any benefit questions.
- Create learning and development programs and initiatives that provide internal development opportunities for employees. Develops and implements this training and team-building budget.
- Monitor and ensure the organization's compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and recommended best practices; review and modify policies and practices to maintain compliance.

- At least five years of human resource management experience required.
- SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP highly preferred.
