The ideal candidate has experience working with Disney’s OPA system and is comfortable entering, updating, and managing data accurately within the platform. This person should be organized, proactive, and able to keep multiple projects moving while maintaining clear trackers and documentation.

The ideal candidate has experience working with Disney’s OPA system and is comfortable entering, updating, and managing data accurately within the platform. This person should be organized, proactive, and able to keep multiple projects moving while maintaining clear trackers and documentation.
Key Responsibilities
- Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Input and maintain data in Disney OPA
- Track samples, submits, approvals, and related documentation
- Create and update organized Excel trackers for samples, submissions, costing, approvals, and other important records
- Communicate clearly with internal teams regarding submission status and missing information
- Help organize files, documents, and project details
- Support the team with day-to-day administrative and submission-related task
- Learn and assist with other submission and production systems, including BlueCherry
- Maintain accuracy and consistency across all trackers and systems
- Experience with Disney OPA strongly preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Comfortable with data entry and maintaining trackers
- Ability to manage multiple priorities at once
- Willingness to learn new systems, including BlueCherry
- Strong communication and follow-up skills
- Reliable, flexible, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in children’s apparel, licensed product, production, or design support is a plus
Salary : $60,000 - $65,000
