What You’ll Earn

What You’ll Do
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair advanced HVAC control systems
- Perform system calibration using tools like multimeters, laptops, and network devices
- Execute point-to-point checkout and system verification
- Integrate systems across major platforms (JCI, Honeywell, Siemens, Trane, Schneider, ALC, Tridium)
- Deliver hands-on training to building owners and operators
- Interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical specifications
- Recommend and implement corrective actions in the field
What You Bring
- High school diploma (technical training a plus)
- 3–5 years of hands-on DDC / HVAC controls experience
- Strong troubleshooting mindset and field problem-solving skills
- Working knowledge of:
- HVAC systems & control sequences
- Electrical schematics & construction drawings
- Installation and operation of control devices
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office
- Ability to lift 50 lbs, climb ladders, and work in active job sites
