Overview
We are seeking someone for a toddler assistant at our child care center. This role is caring for children, following through on planned activities and doing basic cleaning of the room at the end of the day.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and engage children during the closing hours of the childcare center, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times
- Maintain a clean and organized classroom environment, adhering to health and safety standards
- Assist with diapering, feeding, and nap times as needed for infants and toddlers
Requirements
- Prior experience in childcare, daycare, preschool, babysitting, nannying, or caregiving roles is an asset but not required. Training is provided.
- Be able to work full time M-F. Part time may be available in terms of the hours worked per day but availability M-F is necessary.
