Your Next Career Opportunity – Junior Analyst The Junior Analyst provides analytical, operational, and administrative support to assigned departments by gathering, organizing, analyzing, and validating data. This role serves as an entry-level professional position focused on developing business, financial, operational, and reporting skills while supporting day-to-day activities and projects. The Junior Analyst applies analytical techniques to identify trends, resolve issues, and support business initiatives. What You Will Do – Primary Responsibilities Gather, analyze, and interpret data from multiple systems and sources. Prepare recurring and ad hoc reports, dashboards, presentations, and analyses. Monitor key metrics and identify trends, risks, and opportunities. Assist in budgeting, forecasting, operational reporting, workforce planning, or other department-specific analytical activities. Conduct research and provide recommendations to support business decisions. Validate data accuracy and perform reconciliations and quality control reviews. Support process improvement initiatives and identify opportunities to increase efficiency. Develop and maintain reports, procedures, and documentation. Participate in special projects and cross-functional initiatives. Communicate findings and recommendations to management and business partners. Support compliance with internal policies, procedures, and audit requirements. Perform other related duties as assigned. What You’ll Need – Qualifications & Requirements Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Human Resources, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field preferred. 0–2 years of relevant professional experience. Relevant internships, co-op experience, or related coursework may be considered in lieu of professional experience. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Basic analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to collect, interpret, and summarize data. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Effective written and verbal communication skills. Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines. Ability to work independently while seeking guidance when appropriate. Strong customer service and collaboration skills.
