Key responsibilities
Digital Marketing Support: Assist with the execution of digital marketing campaigns (SEO/SEM, paid social, digital advertising) and website maintenance, using data to inform decision-making and optimize performance.
Market Research & Analysis: Conduct market and competitor research to identify new opportunities and trends. Gather and analyze data (e.g., web traffic, campaign metrics, sales data) to create reports on marketing and sales performance.
Event & Trade Show Coordination: Support the logistics for industry events and trade shows, including booth coordination, promotional material preparation, and follow-up communications.
Sales Enablement: Collaborate with the sales and engineering teams to ensure they have current, accurate, and compelling collateral and tools to communicate the value proposition of our specialized tooling.
Administrative Support: Manage daily administrative tasks for the marketing department, maintain the marketing calendar, and assist with budget tracking and purchase orders.
Qualifications & Skills
Education: A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience) is typically required.
Experience: Proven work experience in a marketing role, preferably within a B2B, industrial, or technical manufacturing environment.
Industry Knowledge: A basic understanding of the aerospace industry, manufacturing processes, and quality standards (e.g., AS9100) is highly advantageous.
Technical Skills:
Familiarity with marketing software, including CRM (Salesforce or similar) and marketing automation systems.
Experience with web analytics platforms and social media management tools.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft 365 Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
