Entry Level Account Associate

We are a rapidly growing company based in Bakersfield, CA that partners with major telecommunications brands, including AT&T, to deliver personalized customer experiences. Our team specializes in face-to-face customer service, helping customers find the best solutions for their wireless, internet, and entertainment needs.

We are currently hiring for an Entry Level Account Associate to join our expanding team. This is an entry level opportunity designed for individuals looking to build a long-term career in sales, customer service, and business development.

Entry Level Account Associate Responsibilities

• Engage directly with customers in person to present AT&T products and services
• Educate customers on wireless plans, internet services, and promotions
• Deliver exceptional customer service while building strong relationships
• Assist customers with new account setup, upgrades, and service options
• Meet and exceed individual and team sales goals
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and enrollments
• Represent AT&T professionally in retail and event-based environments

This role involves in-person customer interactions and sales.
