We are currently hiring for an Entry Level Account Associate to join our expanding team. This is an entry level opportunity designed for individuals looking to build a long-term career in sales, customer service, and business development.
Entry Level Account Associate Responsibilities
- Engage directly with customers in person to present AT&T products and services
- Educate customers on wireless plans, internet services, and promotions
- Deliver exceptional customer service while building strong relationships
- Assist customers with new account setup, upgrades, and service options
- Meet and exceed individual and team sales goals
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and enrollments
- Represent AT&T professionally in retail and event-based environments
This role involves in-person customer interactions and sales.
