What You’ll Do
- Gain experience in a dynamic manufacturing environment while developing your leadership capabilities, technical knowledge, business acumen, and problem-solving skills.
- Identify areas for improvement and drive performance by implementing ideas and solutions to challenges within that area.
- Analyze information and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
- Apply problem-solving, analytical, communication, and leadership skills to real-world business challenges.
- Possible experience working different shifts such as 1 st , 2 nd and 3 rd shifts and /or union and non-union environments.
- Participating in development opportunities are designed to build your technical and leadership capabilities.

Required
- Candidates completing a Bachelor’s or Master's in an engineering discipline or similar between May 2027 and August 2027 are eligible
- GPA 3.0 or above
- Self-motivated, strong work ethic, innovative, solution-oriented mindset, with a passion for active learning
- Team player with effective communication skills and a high level of emotional intelligence
- Willingness to relocate
- Experience in Alcohol Beverage Industry or consumer packaged goods (CPG)
- Relevant experience such as a prior internship or co-op
- Ability to pay attention to detail
