The annual salary range for this role is $70,665-$105,998 . Final compensation will be based on relevant experience, qualifications, geographic location, and internal pay equity considerations.

What You'll Do
- Lead and support production team members to ensure safety, quality, productivity, and service goals are achieved.
- Coordinate production schedules, monitor workflow, and manage raw material availability to meet operational demands.
- Champion plant safety programs, compliance initiatives, and continuous improvement projects across the operation.
- Coach, develop, and provide regular performance feedback to team members to support engagement and growth.
- Analyze production performance and implement solutions that improve efficiency, quality, and overall operational results.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Bachelor's degree.
- 1-3 years of experience in manufacturing, production, operations, or a related environment.
- Experience administering or supporting workplace safety programs and compliance initiatives.
- Experience within the beverage, consumer packaged goods (CPG), or related manufacturing industries.
- Previous lab/quality related experience
- Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds.
