What You’ll Do:
As an LPN at Sayre Health Care Center, you will help residents feel safe, supported, and cared for every day. Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing compassionate, high-quality nursing care
- Administering medications and treatments as ordered
- Monitoring residents and communicating changes in their conditions
- Maintaining accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Assisting with individualized resident care plans
- Supporting and supervising Certified Nursing Assistants
- Working closely with residents, families, physicians, and fellow team members
- Helping create a positive and comfortable environment for our residents
What We’re Looking For
- A current and valid Pennsylvania LPN license
- CPR certification, as required
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- A dependable, caring, and positive attitude
- A passion for helping others
- Skilled nursing or rehabilitation experience is preferred but not required
