What are the responsibilities and job description for the Vice President of Growth position at SAYN Marketplace Solutions?
SAYN is seeking a dynamic VP of Growth to lead all revenue-driving initiatives across e-commerce, marketplaces, retail expansion, and performance marketing. This role is responsible for scaling SAYN’s omnichannel business and includes direct leadership of our Marketplace team (Amazon, TikTok Shop, and more).
The ideal candidate is a strategic, data-driven operator with deep marketplace expertise and experience growing consumer brands.
What You’ll Do:
Company-Wide Growth Leadership
- Own SAYN’s growth strategy across DTC, Amazon, TikTok Shop, retail, and wholesale.
- Set and manage revenue, margin, and customer acquisition targets.
- Lead long-term planning, forecasting, and new channel development.
- Partner with senior leadership across operations, finance, marketing, creative, and retail.
Marketplace Leadership (Amazon & TikTok Shop)
- Develop and execute marketplace strategies aligned with company growth goals.
- Oversee inventory forecasting, demand planning, and FBA/FBM operations.
- Ensure optimized product listings, SEO, compliance, and listing health.
- Monitor performance metrics (revenue, TACoS, margin, profitability) and deliver actionable reporting.
- Lead and mentor Brand Managers and marketplace specialists.
- Maintain strong account health, resolve compliance issues, and oversee customer experience.
- Manage brand/vendor onboarding, product data, and quarterly performance reviews.
Retail & Omnichannel Growth
- Support growth for SAYN’s expanding retail footprint, including experiential initiatives.
- Create synergy between marketplace, e-commerce, and in-store channels.
Analytics, Insights & Financial Ownership
- Own forecasting, budget allocation, dashboards, and KPI frameworks.
- Build a culture of testing, experimentation, and data-backed decision-making.
What We’re Looking For
- 7–12 years in e-commerce, marketplaces, or growth leadership.
- Proven success scaling Amazon revenue.
- Strong analytical and P&L ownership experience.
- Experience leading multi-functional teams.
- Beauty industry experience is a major plus.
- Proficiency with Seller Central, Smartscout, Euka, and marketplace tools.
- Must be Miami-based and willing to work in-office.
