What are the responsibilities and job description for the Financial Controller position at SAYN Marketplace Solutions?
We’re seeking an experienced Controller to oversee accounting operations and financial reporting while partnering closely with the CFO and leadership team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead day-to-day accounting operations and month-end close
- Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements (GAAP)
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management
- Manage audits, tax compliance, and internal controls
- Improve accounting processes and financial systems
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
- 5 years of progressive accounting experience
- Strong GAAP and financial reporting expertise
- Audit, budgeting, and compliance experience
- ERP/accounting system experience (NetSuite, QuickBooks, or similar)
- Must be able to work on-site in Miami, fully in office
