Requirements
- Provide first-level technical support to end-users, including troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, software, and peripheral devices.
- Assist in the setup and maintenance of network and server infrastructure.
- Collaborate with IT team members to develop and document standard operating procedures.
- Assist with in-office meeting and conference room support as needed.
- Maintain an inventory of IT equipment and software licenses.
- Assist with IT-related projects, including system upgrades and migrations.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices to enhance our IT support services.
- Provide excellent customer service, communicate technical information clearly, and train end-users as needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- 2-4 years of solid technology support experience.
- Proven experience in IT support or a related role.
- Strong knowledge of Windows and/or macOS operating systems.
- Familiarity with networking concepts and protocols.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities, critical thinking skills, and attention to detail.
- IT certifications (e.g., CompTIA A , Microsoft Certified IT Professional) are a plus.
