About The Opportunity

Our growing Insurance Coverage team is seeking a talented Associate Attorney with 2–3 years of experience to join our practice. The ideal candidate will have demonstrated experience in insurance coverage analysis, coverage opinions, reservation of rights letters, and/or insurance litigation. This is an excellent opportunity to work with a dynamic, collaborative team that represents national and regional insurers across a wide range of complex coverage matters.

Responsibilities

• Analyze insurance policies and draft comprehensive coverage opinions
• Assist with complex insurance coverage litigation, including pleadings, discovery, motions, and briefing
• Draft reservation of rights and disclaimer letters
• Conduct legal research and provide strategic recommendations to clients
• Support senior attorneys and partners on high-value coverage matters
• Communicate with clients, carriers, and co-counsel professionally and effectively
  
  

Requirements

Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school
• Admitted to practice in Pennsylvania (or eligible for prompt admission)
• 2–3 years of insurance coverage experience required; litigation experience a plus
• Strong analytical, writing, and research skills
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team
• Excellent communication and client-service skills
