- Case Management: End-to-end management of insurance defense matters.
- Litigation Leadership: Taking the lead on motions, pleadings, and complex discovery.
- Depositions: Conducting and defending depositions for key witnesses and experts.
- Trial Prep: Driving trial preparation and assisting in both jury and non-jury trials.
- Federal Practice: Managing a strong pipeline of federal court matters.
- Client Representation: Defending school districts, municipalities, public officials, and government entities.
- Diverse Practice: Handling related commercial litigation and dispute resolution (mediation/arbitration).
The ideal candidate is a proactive litigator with a "get it done" attitude and the following credentials:
- Experience: 5 years of dedicated insurance defense litigation experience.
- Licensure: Active Pennsylvania bar license in good standing (Required).
- Federal Expertise: Substantial, proven experience navigating federal court.
- Subject Matter Knowledge: A strong background in Civil Rights/Section 1983 claims, EEOC matters, Governmental Liability, and General Liability.
- Technical Skills: Proven ability to manage complex discovery, draft/argue dispositive motions, and prepare cases for trial.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional writing, research, and communication skills.
