Baristas are the first line of our coffee shop, ensuring that each guest has an unforgettable experience, all the time by providing customers with prompt service, quality beverages and products, and maintaining a clean and comfortable store environment
The ideal barista is someone who is passionate about coffee and service.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve non-alcoholic beverages to standard recipes, ensuring quality and consistency.
- Operate POS systems, handle cash transactions, and process payments accurately.
- Greet customers, provide friendly service, and address inquiries or concerns.
- Maintain clean and organized workstations, including beverage prep area and dining spaces.
- Manage everyday food handling and basic food safety practices; restock supplies as needed.
- Uphold cafe standards, assist with light food preparation, and support team with daily tasks.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: From $15.00 per hour
