Responsibilities

• Prepare a variety of non-alcoholic beverages with precision and care, ensuring quality and presentation standards are met
• Process retail sales transactions efficiently using POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS, accurately handling cash and card payments
• Provide outstanding customer service by greeting guests warmly, answering questions about menu items, and making personalized recommendations
• Maintain cleanliness of the café area, including food prep stations, beverage stations, and seating areas, adhering to food safety and sanitation standards
• Assist with food handling and basic food preparation tasks to support café operations
• Manage time effectively during busy periods to serve customers promptly while maintaining high service standards
• Support team members with beverage service, drink preparation, and retail sales transactions as needed

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of beverage preparation techniques and food safety practices
• Experience with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is desirable
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude
• Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently using retail math skills
• Basic math proficiency for cash handling and sales processing
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks including cleaning and food prep
• Good time management skills to prioritize tasks during peak hours
• Knowledge of food industry standards related to food handling and safety regulations

Pay: $24.03 - $28.93 per hour
