Job Overview
Client is looking for a Marketing Measurement Analyst to support marketing analytics, measurement, experimentation, and business decision-making. This role will analyze marketing performance, interpret measurement models, and translate complex analytics into clear business recommendations.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and support marketing measurement and experimentation strategies.
- Analyze incrementality, attribution, causal impact, and campaign effectiveness.
- Interpret Media Mix Modeling (MMM/CAM), attribution, forecasting, audience, and propensity models.
- Perform statistical, exploratory, diagnostic, and scenario-based analysis.
- Analyze marketing performance across paid, owned, earned, and shared channels.
- Integrate and analyze large, complex datasets from multiple sources.
- Develop executive-ready dashboards, presentations, reports, and data stories.
- Establish measurement standards, KPIs, documentation, and governance practices.
- Support data validation, quality assurance, and reconciliation.
- Partner with Marketing, Data/Analytics, Data Engineering, QA, and external measurement teams.
- Explain analytical findings and recommendations to non-technical stakeholders.
Must-Have Skills
- Experience in Marketing Analytics / Marketing Measurement / Performance Analytics.
- Strong understanding of:
- Media Mix Modeling (MMM)
- Attribution
- Incrementality Testing
- Experimentation / A-B Testing
- Causal Analysis
- Statistical analysis & hypothesis testing
- Strong SQL skills.
- Experience with Tableau, Power BI, or similar BI tools.
- Experience analyzing digital and traditional marketing channels.
- Strong data storytelling and stakeholder communication skills.
- Experience working with large, complex, multi-source datasets.
- Bachelor's degree in Analytics, Statistics, Economics, Mathematics, Business, Computer Science, or related field.

Note: This is a measurement and analytics role, not a Data Engineering, production Data Science, campaign execution, or dashboard-only reporting position.
Salary : $45 - $50
